Presented By: Shaun Shupert, Director of Data Quality, Data Analytics and Chris Miller, Senior Director, Data Governance, Quality, & Mastering

Abstract: Every data set, if used long enough, will develop data quality issues but its users have difficulty explaining how it’s bad, other than “I can’t use this”.  In this session, Shaun Shupert will give you an overview of how data quality is defined, measured, and remediated in a line of business.  Shaun will also explain how this is performed by a Data Quality Analyst in modern data programs, and the typical work one would perform in this role.
