This year has been challenging for so many of us. We want to offer resources to support you. Working Well is partnering with the BSU Counseling Practicum Clinic to pilot a new program called Compassion Circles.

Compassion Circles provide an opportunity for a small group of peers (up to 10 people) to connect with and support one another while learning and sharing helpful resources in a safe space. Participants will be randomly assigned to a group. You will meet with the same group throughout the program.

The circles will meet weekly on Tuesdays, 12-12:50 pm for 6 weeks starting March 23rd. Weekly circle discussions will be facilitated by masters level graduate student counselors from the Counseling Practicum Clinic and will cover topics such as building connections, grief and loss, healthy boundaries, mindfulness, gratitude, and self-compassion and kindness. Circles will meet over Zoom.

If additional information is needed, you can contact Rhonda Wilson, or Jenni Flanagan from Working Well
