Beginning with the
2026–2027 fiscal year, Ball State is changing the
Years of Service recognition date range from October 1–September 30 to
April 1–March 31 to better align with the annual recognition event.
Employees who reach a service milestone between April 1, 2026, and March 31, 2027, and have not yet been recognized will be honored at the Years of Service Recognition Celebration in spring 2027. Eligible employees will receive further details closer to the celebration.
