Cardiovascular Disease Assessment Screening

February 02, 2026

February is National Heart Month

Heart disease remains a leading cause of death in the United States.

The Adult Physical Fitness program aims to prevent cardiovascular disease, therefore, we are offering a cardiovascular disease assessment and free hypertension screenings this month.

Assessment is $50 and includes:

  • Blood Pressure Analysis
  • Blood Chemistry Profile-Cholesterol, Glucose, and Hemoglobin A1c
  • Body Composition-BMI and DXA scan
  • 10 year CVD Risk Score

If you choose to join the APFP after your assessment, we will take $50 off of your membership fee.

Call or email Becky Collins at 285-1140 or recollins@bsu.edu to schedule your assessment.

Check us out at bsu.edu/adultfitness for more information.

Free passes to exercise in the BSU APFP for a week in February!
