Cardinal Spotting is all about recognizing colleagues who bring our enduring values to life in their everyday work. If you’ve noticed a colleague going above and beyond, here’s your chance to recognize them.
This Month’s Focus: Integrity
In September, we’re highlighting Integrity—our commitment to be honest, ethical, authentic, and accessible. Whether it’s doing the right thing even when no one is watching, showing accountability in daily work, supporting others with transparency, or modeling ethical decision-making, we want to hear how your colleagues are demonstrating integrity in action.
How to Participate
- Pick a colleague who have lived this value.
- Write a short description of a specific professional contribution that reflects this value, sharing how your colleague demonstrated it in their work and the impact it had on others, a team, or the University.
- Give as many shout-outs as you’d like!
