In August, we’re highlighting Innovation—our commitment to be creative, responsive, and progressive. Whether it’s finding new and better ways to solve problems, improving processes, sharing fresh ideas, or taking initiative to support others, we want to hear how your colleagues are bringing innovation to life.
How to Participate
- Pick a colleague who has lived this value.
- Write a short description of a specific professional contribution that reflects this value, sharing how your colleague demonstrated it in their work and the impact it had on others, a team, or the University.
- Give as many shout-outs as you’d like!
