Cardinal Spotting is all about recognizing colleagues who bring our enduring values to life in their everyday work. If you’ve noticed a colleague going above and beyond, here’s your chance to recognize them.
This Month’s Focus: Inclusiveness
In June, we’re highlighting Inclusiveness—our commitment to respect different cultural experiences and intellectual perspectives in all people. Whether it’s creating a welcoming environment, uplifting diverse voices, fostering belonging, or supporting others in meaningful ways, we want to hear how your colleagues are making a difference.
How to Participate
- Pick a colleague who have lived this value.
- Write a short description of what they did and why it matters to you.
- Give as many shout-outs as you’d like!
