Cardinal Spotting is all about recognizing colleagues who bring our enduring values to life in their everyday work. If you’ve noticed a colleague going above and beyond, here’s your chance to recognize them.
This Month’s Focus: Social Responsibility
This month, we’re highlighting Social Responsibility, our commitment to act for the benefit of society at large. Whether it’s through community engagement, supporting your colleagues, making improvements that benefit others, or simply doing the right thing when it matters most, we want to hear about it.
How to Participate
- Pick a colleague who has lived this value.
- Write a short description of what they did and why it matters to you.
- Give as many shout-outs as you’d like!
