The satellite ID Card office located in Cardinal Central will be closing September 30, 2026. However, Ball State ID card services will remain available in the main office.
The main ID Card office is located in Bracken Library Room 001. Any and all ID related questions can be answered here, by phone at 765-285-2273, or by email at idcards@bsu.edu. Academic year hours: Monday - Thursday 8 a.m. to 7 p.m., Friday 8 a.m. to 5 p.m..
