As Indiana moves forward with establishing its Cyber Civilian Corps, the urgency for a cohesive, multi-agency response to cyber threats is more critical than ever. ABOUT THE SPEAKER: LTC Sarah Frater has over 20 years of military service, including multiple overseas deployments. She commands the 127th Cyber Protection Battalion in the Indiana National Guard and is the Director of Information Security at the University of Wisconsin Credit Union. With expertise in intelligence, security, and cybersecurity across public and private sectors, LTC Frater has led Cyber Response initiatives to protect municipalities, schools, and critical infrastructure from cyber threats.
