Calm & Capable Skills Program

Ages 12-17  -  Females  -  Free Program

Begins April 1, every Wednesday and Thursday from 6:00 pm to 8:00 PM.

A structured group for adolescent females that uses engaging lessons and guided physical activity to help manage stress, build emotional strength, and encourage healthy choices.

Program Requirements - Must Complete at least 8 of 10 sessions. Full participation required

Perks - Get a complimentary yoga mat and certificate of completion when you finish the program

*Wear comfortable clothing that supports easy moving and stretching.  All other materials will be provided.
