This next session in the series will help you explore why making and maintaining friendships can feel different – and sometimes more difficult – in adulthood. Consider common barriers to connection and learn practical ways to create meaningful social connections.

These sessions are offered through Engagement, Wellbeing & Culture in collaboration with the Ball State Counseling Practicum Clinic in the Department of Counseling Psychology, Social Psychology, and Counseling. Lunch and Learns are held on Wednesdays at 12:00 pm via Zoom. We hope you will join us for conversations focused on self-care and connection.
