The series kicks off with a session to help you brighten your winter mindset. You will explore how to cope with the “winter blues” by highlighting practical strategies to boost your mood, maintain motivation, and support your overall wellbeing during the colder, darker months.

These sessions are designed to help you recharge and strengthen your wellbeing. Here’s a look at what’s ahead:

  • Feb 23 – Rest Revolution: Improving Sleep for a Healthier Life
  • Mar 9 – Organization Made Easy: Strategies for a More Manageable Work Day
  • Mar 16 – Setting the Record Straight on Mental Health
  • Mar 23 – Supporting Others, Sustaining Yourself
  • Mar 30 – Experiencing Grief and Loss
  • Apr 6 – Strengthening Relationships through Conflict Resolution
  • Apr 13 – Thriving at Work and Life: Practical Balance Strategies
  • Apr 20 – Thinking Big: How to Foster a Growth Mindset 

These sessions are offered through Engagement, Wellbeing & Culture in collaboration with the Ball State Counseling Practicum Clinic in the Department of Counseling Psychology, Social Psychology, and Counseling. Lunch and Learns are held on Mondays at 12:00 pm via Zoom. We hope you will join us for conversations focused on self-care and connection.
