Presentation Description:
While there is growing acknowledgement that textbooks should be more accessible, criminal justice Open Access textbooks are sparse – especially when considering their coverage of race and colonialism. Dr. Koslicki and Dr. Gray will discuss their Open Access textbook they authored to provide free coverage of these important issues and how these are incredibly pertinent to present-day political attacks on issues like DEI, the 14th Amendment, immigration, abortion, and more.
