Bird Dog and Workout Wednesday

Have you ever heard of or tried an exercise called Bird Dog? Well if not today is the day to do so and it will even help strengthen your core! Check out this week’s Train Like a Cardinal workouts brought to you by Ball State Athletic and see what the Bird Dog exercise is all about! If you’re not up to doing all of these exercises at one time, set a timer for the top of every hour and take 2-3 minutes to perform just one. By the end of your workday you could have 20 min of exercise in, it’s that easy! Keep shaking your tail feathers!
