Become a Weeks of Welcome Leader with the Office of Student Life this year and help welcome the newest Cardinals to campus! This paid leadership role allows you to mentor incoming students, support major campus events, and build meaningful connections during one of the most exciting times of the year. It’s a great opportunity to strengthen your leadership, communication, teamwork, and event planning skills while making a real impact on the first-year student experience.
Position highlights:
- $10/hour paid position
- Spring semester training to prepare you for the role
- Additional training and full participation in August during Weeks of Welcome (August 16-August 23)
- Gain experience in peer mentorship, leadership, public speaking, problem-solving, and campus engagement
- Build strong connections with new students and campus partners
