Are you planning an activity or camp involving minors? If so, please take a moment to familiarize yourself with the Ball State University Policy Regarding Unaccompanied Minors, applicable to both in-person and virtual activities. For all qualifying activities and programs involving unaccompanied minors, please complete the five-step process outlined on the Office of Risk Management’s webpage for the Policy Regarding Unaccompanied Minors as follows: 

    • Activity Leader Orientation 
    • Pre-Approval by VP or AD 
    • Registration Form 
    • Background Checks 
    • Online Training

All qualifying activities and programs must complete these steps and receive approval from Risk Management before the activity begins. Should you have any questions, feel free to reach out to the Office of Risk Management at ORM@bsu.edu or 285-1110.
