Are you planning an activity or camp involving minors? If so, please take a moment to familiarize yourself with the Ball State University Policy Regarding Unaccompanied Minors, applicable to both in-person and virtual activities.
For all qualifying activities and programs involving unaccompanied minors, please complete the five-step process outlined on the Office of Risk Management’s webpage for the Policy Regarding Unaccompanied Minors as follow:

Background Checks
Online Training Module
