The annual Insurance Open Enrollment is coming soon! Watch your home mailbox and email for information regarding insurance benefit changes for 2025, as well as the schedule of presentations and events. Mark your calendar for the Cardinal Day of Well-being in conjunction with the Employee Benefits Fair on October 29, 2024, from 10:00 am - 3:00 pm at the Student Center Ballroom. Several insurance, financial, health, and Ball State vendors will be in attendance to answer questions, conduct presentations, or provide services and information.
Insurance Open Enrollment: October 22, 2024 – November 6, 2024
Here’s what you can expect:
• Enrollment is required for the following benefits for 2025:
• Flexible Spending Accounts (FSA)
• Health Savings Account (HSA) Contributions
• Tobacco-Free Premium Discount Affidavit
• Re-verify your spouse’s eligibility to be covered on our plan if your spouse had an employment change in 2024.
• With the exception of the benefits listed above, if no other changes are made during Insurance Open Enrollment, your 2024 elections will continue in 2025.
