This week’s University Dining spotlight: The Atrium Café in the Arts and Journalism Building, open M-F, 11 am – 2 pm.
The Atrium Café serves cuisine featuring custom build-a-bowls, pizzas, and sandwiches with ingredients and products that provide alternatives to the top-9 food allergens enabling anyone with food allergies to stay safe by utilizing products such as dairy-free cheese, gluten-free pizza crusts, allergen-free bread, and chickpea rotini. It also has a small retail area for quick snacks.
