Argos X, the new version of Argos, will launch on March 11, 2026. All current Argos users are encouraged to begin transitioning to the new system as soon as possible. The current Argos system will be retired on June 30, 2026.
How do I get access to Argos X?
To access Argos X, current users must submit a new security request using the Argos X Access Request Form. You can find the form by going to the Technology Help Desk website (https://bsu.service-now.com/helpdesk), selecting Request Services, then selecting Security Access, and finally, Argos X Access Request Form.
Access is granted by folder and department and must be approved by the appropriate data block developers and supervisors. Once approved, users can log in to Argos X through SSO in MyBallState.
What's changing?
While report content will remain the same, Argos X features an updated interface and navigation. NOTE: During this soft launch, some reports may not yet be available as we continue to optimize the most frequently used operational reports.
Existing reports and dashboards will remain accessible in the current Argos environment during the transition, but the most up-to-date versions will be maintained in Argos X.

Training resources and documentation will be available in Workday beginning March 23, 2026.
