August 25, 2021

ArcGIS Online is a cloud-based application that allows for easy map making, collaboration and sharing, and data analysis.  ArcGIS Online will be the software platform that the rest of the workshops in the GIS DATA series will be based on.

Session attendees will learn how to log into Ball State’s ArcGIS Online account, use the basic mapping and analysis functions of ArcGIS Online, and share their maps publicly online.  Attendees will be introduced to the ESRI Academy where they can access free online training for more advance topics on ArcGIS Online.
