Are you a full time staff or staff affiliated member of BSU that would like to pursue some professional development, such as take a class, attend a training, or something along those lines?
Staff Council is now accepting applications for The 2025 Women of the Ball Family Leadership Legacy Fund. At least one scholarship (or more) will be awarded, with a maximum of $1000, to a qualifying employee to pursue professional development opportunities. The recipients will be administrative support staff employees who demonstrate dedication to the values outlined in the mission of Ball State University.
Any eligible administrative support staff employee who has been employed by the Ball State University for five years may fill out an application to receive up to $1000 to be used for a professional development opportunity. Each applicant will submit an application that includes their name, position title, department, years of service, and professional development proposal. The application would include the date(s), cost(s), and summary with itinerary of the professional development event/training.
Applications will be accepted now through Friday, April 3, 2026, at 4:00pm.
