I am pleased to announce that, following a successful national search, Dr. Nancy Cordoba has been appointed as the new Associate Vice President for Institutional Research and Decision Support (IRDS). Dr. Cordoba will officially join the Ball State community on July 1, 2026.
Dr. Cordoba brings an extensive background in data analytics and institutional strategy, which aligns perfectly with the goals of our current strategic plan, Destination 2040. In this leadership role, she will oversee the unit’s efforts to provide actionable insights that inform our university decision-making processes.
