Allegre is bringing back Lunch and Dinner this week on Monday (2/10) and Wednesday (2/12) - AT 104

Dine-in and carry-out lunch service at Allègre is served from 11:00 a.m. to 12:10 p.m. Monday and Wednesday. Dine-in seating available.

The Allègre restaurant is student-run and operated through the Hospitality and Innovation Leadership program and Applied Business Studies department within the Miller College of Business. Located inside the south entrance of the Applied Technology Building on Ball State’s campus, we serve lunch, dinner and private dining to the Ball State community as well as campus visitors and guests.

 

Monday February 10, 2025 and Wednesday February 12, 2025 

Lunch

Entree:   Seared Chicken w/ Vegetable ( students will customize this version daily)


Salad:  House Salad – incl. tomato, cucumber, croutons, cheese, egg and carrot.  choice of homemade ranch or vinaigrette dressings


Soup:  Zuppa Soup


Sandwich and side:  BLT on Rye or Sourdough with home-fried Chips


Dessert:  Chocolate Chunk Cookies (2 large per order)

Soup – $4.05   (dine-in  $3.75 + local taxes)
Half Salad – $4.05    (dine-in  $3.75 + local taxes)
Salad – $7.51     (dine-in  $6.95 + local taxes)
Sandwich – $7.83    (dine-in  $7.25 + local taxes)
Entree – $9.18    (dine-in  $8.50 + local taxes)

Reservations can be made up to 24 hours prior to service which allows the students to plan accordingly

We are available to provide pickup service and to-go orders!  If you would like to join us for dinner, but are unable to attend service in the restaurant, we can provide pickup service.  Please feel free to call 765-285- 3290 to place your order.  This number is manned during our lab hours of Monday and Wednesday between the hours of 9:30am – 4pm.
