Ball State alumnus and Aspida CEO Lou Hensley and Chief People Officer Sandy Ball bring complementary perspectives, combining the business and technical know-how with the communication and people skills every young professional needs to succeed.
This presentation will have valuable information for all future professionals, and students from any major are invited to attend.
Lou Hensley is the co-founder, CEO, and President of Aspida Holdings, a life insurance and annuity company with more than $31 billion in assets. He has over 30 years of experience in the insurance industry and is known for building successful teams, driving growth, and using technology to improve business operations and customer experiences. He earned a Bachelor of Science in Actuarial Science and Accounting from Ball State University and serves on the Ball State University Foundation board.
Sandy Ball is the Chief People Officer at Aspida, where she leads the company’s people strategy, employee experience, marketing, communications, community outreach, and learning and development. She has extensive HR leadership experience from organizations including the American Red Cross, General Electric, and Genworth Financial. She holds a B.S. from Lynchburg College and a master’s degree in Human Resource Development from George Washington University.
