Adult Physical Fitness Program Open House

September 16, 2025

Ball State University’s Adult Physical Fitness Program Open House is Wednesday, September 24th from 4:30 - 6:30pm. We are located in the lower level of the Student Recreation & Wellness Center – Room 135, across from the climbing wall.

This is a great opportunity to check out the APFP facility and get more information about our services, which include a knowledgeable, friendly staff, fitness assessments, individualized training sessions (aerobic, resistance training and flexibility/balance/core) regular progress reports (to you and your physician), and incentive programs.

The Adult Physical Fitness Program is also open to the public.

We accept BSU Working Well Incentive vouchers. The 2025-2026 year for these vouchers ends on October 31st! What does that mean for you? By completing the questionnaire on the Lifeworks Website, you are able to redeem approved credit for a Working Well Voucher for the APFP! For brand new members to our program, this gets you all of our testing and a 4-month membership FREE!!!

For existing members, your membership will cost only $90 for the year after the Working Well Voucher has been applied. You qualify for the working well vouchers if you are on BSU insurance plans. A new year for the Working Well incentive begins on November 1, so if you have not already taken advantage of this healthy and worthwhile incentive, now is the time! https://www.bsu.edu/about/administrativeoffices/workingwell/our-services/incentive-programs

Those attending the open house will receive a special limited time offer towards joining the program, which must be redeemed no later than Friday, October 24th, 2025 and will need to be turned in at the time of payment.
