Reminder: Update Your Address for Paper W-2s

Employees who wish to receive a paper W-2, please update your mailing address and remove electronic consent in Self-Service Banner. In addition to making sure your mailing address is accurate in SSB, if you prefer to receive a paper W-2 versus electronic, please log into SSB and remove your consent to receive the electronic W-2 no later than Jan. 5, 2024

  1. From MyBSU, click on “Self-Service Banner (SSB).”  
  2. Enter your username and password to log in (secure access login).  
  3. Click on the “Employees” tab.  
  4. Click on the “Employee Dashboard” tab.  
  5. Click on the down arrow to the right of “Taxes.”  
  6. Click on the “Electronic Regulatory Consent” link.  
  7. Under “Selection Criteria,” click on the checkmark under “My Choice” to uncheck the box that gives your consent to receive your W-2 electronically.  
  8. Click “Submit.”  

After pressing Submit, a message will display at the top right-hand corner of the page stating, “Electronic Statement consent has been revoked.” Payroll will mail paper W-2s no later than Jan. 31, 2024, via the U.S. Postal Service to the current address on record.
