Brad Saar
In his 27 years with Stryker, Brad Saar has served in numerous roles throughout the Medical division. He has distinguished himself as an excellent leader and has delivered exceptional results along the way.
Brad joined Stryker as a sales representative in 1993 and progressed through numerous sales and marketing leadership roles before becoming President of the Medical division in 2008. Since that time, Brad has led the division through the global financial crisis, successful FDA inspections, consistent successful audit results for financial integrity and compliance and eight acquisitions in the last five years.
Brad’s leadership style is characterized by great execution, strategic thinking and exceptional relationship building skills. Talent is a strategy that Brad takes very seriously and he has a track record of building strong, engaged teams throughout his career. Medical’s employee engagement scores continue to be near the top of Stryker’s results. Brad is a champion of diversity and inclusion and is proud of the progress that has been made in this regard.
