You don’t have to have all the answers in your presentation – if you have a teaching idea or practice that you think can inspire your colleagues, submit a proposal!

The virtual Teaching and Technology Summit is an informal environment for folks to share with colleagues what they’re doing in their teaching. Sessions can be as short as 5 minutes and as long as 20 minutes, and will be presented mock-live. 

Previous Summits included sessions discussing:

  • Polling tools and student engagement 
  • Canvas tips and tricks 
  • Visual design of course materials 
  • Groups and Discussions in Canvas 
  • Accessibility in course design
  • Equitable grading
  • Gamification

The Summit Planning Committee is also available to ideate presentation topics, review presentation content, and record finalized presentations on campus with a professional background.
