2025 Indiana Civic Health Index Discussion (Regional Follow-Up)

Earlier this year, the 2025 Indiana Civic Health Index was introduced at the Indiana Statehouse. Join Ball State University’s Center for Economic and Civic Learning for a regional follow-up conversation focused on what the new findings mean for our campus and communities.
In partnership with the Indiana Bar Foundation, this discussion will explore trends in voting, civic participation, volunteerism, and social connectedness across Indiana. Dr. David J. Roof, who authored the voter engagement section of the Index, will present key findings and facilitate a conversation about what the data suggest - and how students, educators, nonprofit leaders, and community members can respond.
This event is open to students, faculty, staff, and community partners interested in strengthening civic life in Indiana.
