The University Meritorious Service Award was initiated by Business Affairs in 1986 to recognize excellence among staff personnel. Each year university officers present a University Meritorious Service Award to one employee within their respective division, ushering these staff members into an exclusive group of achievers! Recipients consistently demonstrate excellence above and beyond the requirements of their responsibilities to the university.
