At Ball State University we have four established affinity groups. The Black Faculty Staff Association, The Asian American and Pacific Islander Working Group, Ball Pride: LGBTQIA+ and allies affinity group, and the Hispanic, pOrtugese, and Latin America (HOLA) affinity group.
Ball Pride and HOLA both accept any faculty, staff, and graduate student that wants to join.
